My dad has stopped by this place a few times over the years. I wish he would take pics. He used to sell AMC's back in the early 70's and still sells Jeeps in Fairfax, Va.

This is the only pic I can find of Plummer Motor Sales garage and it was taken shortly after the blizzard of 78.  It only had one door but could hold 8 cars inside

Here's a picture that I found of Jim Holland's Raytown Rambler back in 1966.

There are also a couple of pictures of the SC/Rambler that they raced in the SS/AMX thread:  http://theamcforum.com/forum/ss-amx-history-and-Documentation_topic10414_page8.html.  They used to park it out front for everyone to see from the hiway.

I grew up in Raytown, and remember the dealership well.  Last I knew, it was still an active Jeep dealership.

My 70 AMX was sold new there also.  I've attached a picture of it back in the 70's when it was being drag raced by Gary Holman.

This is a pic of a customers AMX that dad drove home for lunch.  The customer worked worked for Champion Spark Plug and this car was used by him to test new plugs.  After 3 new 390's he finally traded it in.
