That is correct. I have ordered one at NAPA , thanks for the part #,it,ll be here in a few days from Edmonton. When you live on an Island everything takes a little longer.

Will do Armand , picture looks good. My original was showing the wear of 50 years of different clutch&pp combination,s . Surface hardening is important on a part like this and it looks like this one has it ,$17.00 CDN is better than $55.00 USD + shipping for the whole rod assembly.

The Napa part isn't going to be a drop in replacement. If you just use the trunnion, the threads appear to be coarse - wrong. The rod doesn't have the part for the spring. But maybe you can make it work.

Part arrived today , filed out threads and installed . I had to mess with the release fork a bit . Took it for a little test drive and it works just fine $20.15 CAD. Thanks everyone for your input .
